SINGAPORE - The sale of a freehold good class bungalow (GCB) along Second Avenue held by Hin Leong founder Lim Oon Kuin and his wife has been aborted amid the firm's escalating financial woes.

An offer was made to purchase the District 10 freehold property in the Bukit Timah area at $27 million. "But the transaction was not carried out and the sale was aborted," Mr Lim's lawyers said.
