SINGAPORE - Blockchain technology provider ChainUp has jazzed up its counsel with the addition of Emeritus Senior Minister (ESM) Goh Chok Tong as special adviser to its newly appointed board, the company said on Sunday.

ChainUp's board will be led by chairman Ooi Sang Kuang, who is also chairman of the board of directors at Singapore's OCBC Bank.
