SINGAPORE - Getting a notification from J&T Express that your parcel is arriving has made the firm a household name among many Singaporeans but the logistics industry is much more complex and multi-faceted than just delivering packages to doorsteps.
The industry has also been rapidly changing thanks to the e-commerce boom and the constant challenges thrown up by the pandemic, not to mention rising container and freight costs.
