SINGAPORE - Stock markets are a key component of an economic value chain, linking the corporate sector and start-up ecosystem to capital markets, and ultimately enabling companies to scale up commercially and mature into large entities.
In doing so, stock markets also become key ingredients of a healthy ecosystem of wealth management, including pension funds, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.
