SINGAPORE - Photographic and digital imaging firm Canon announced on Wednesday the opening of the Canon Print Hub, a printing facility located within the Singapore Sports Hub.

The Canon Print Hub will serve the needs of the Singapore Sports Hub, with which Canon signed a three-year partnership agreement last year.

It will provide document management, mailroom, creative and print production services, assisting the Singapore Sports Hub with functions such as event marketing and marketing campaigns.

The facility covers 83 square metres and currently employs five staff members.

Canon said it expected the new hub to save the Singapore Sports Hub about $2 million in increased efficiency and productivity over five years.
