SINGAPORE - Accredited investors have had a run of poor luck in 2023 with the Credit Suisse Additional Tier 1 bond saga that wiped out a large portion of their savings.

Hundreds of such local investors lost millions of dollars following the Swiss authorities’ unilateral decision to slash the value of these bonds to zero.
