SINGAPORE - Former construction professional Andrea Lau saw how digital tools could help to simplify processes and improve lives when she was working in the industry.
"I realised that it would be so much more fulfilling if I learnt how to build applications that can benefit others, even if it's something as simple as helping them save some time from their busy schedules," said Ms Lau, 29, a former quantity surveyor at a construction cost consultancy.
