SINGAPORE – In the well-loved Aesop’s fable of the tortoise and the hare, the nimble hare and the slow tortoise took part in a race.

The hare was actually way ahead of its opponent, but it decided to take a nap halfway through the race while it waited for the tortoise to catch up.
