Christine has been on the crime and courts beat since 2020, first for Chinese-language papers Lianhe Zaobao and Lianhe Wanbao, then for The Straits Times. She has covered a wide range of cases, including the River Valley High School homicide and trials of prominent politicians. She holds a degree in communication studies from Nanyang Technological University.
