A surge in the prices of oil and agricultural products due to the worsening war in Ukraine has sparked food security fears across the globe. In many parts of Asia, governments and food producers are scrambling to seek out alternative sources of imports and product substitutes for items such as Ukrainian wheat, sunflower oil, fertiliser and animal feed.
