NEW DELHI - This election, Mr Saurabh Kumar, 25, is keeping a close watch on what Indian political parties are promising graduates such as him, who are struggling to get a job.
Mr Kumar, a history graduate, had hoped to find a job after graduating in 2020 so he could add to his family’s modest income.
