Singapore will contribute US$100,000 (S$136,000) as seed money to support the Singapore Red Cross' (SRC) public fund raising to aid vulnerable communities affected by the economic crisis in Sri Lanka, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The sum will supplement the SRC's $100,000 commitment to provide urgently needed medical supplies and other basic necessities.
