NEW DELHI - India has dug in its heels in an unprecedented stand-off with Canada, one with potential far-reaching impact on India’s relationships with other Western countries that share close ties with Ottawa, such as the United States and Britain.
Using diplomatic rhetoric and measures usually reserved for its rival Pakistan, India has made its displeasure known in no uncertain terms to Canada.
