As Kashmir's major political leaders remain under detention, a new political party has been launched, with a promise to "move on" from decades of conflict.
On Sunday, politician Altaf Bukhari announced the formation of the Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP), which he said is "a regional party with a national outlook".
