NEW DELHI - As Iran moves to finalise a multi-million-dollar trade and military agreement with China, one of its key infrastructure projects involving India appears to have run into problems.

Teheran has had to deny Indian media reports that it ousted India from the railway project connecting Chabahar Port to Iran's border with Afghanistan.
