NEW DELHI - When senior software developer Atul Anand quit his regular job two months ago to be a freelancer and – eventually – move to Canada, it caused a flutter among family and friends.
The 29-year-old, frustrated at being asked to work on weekends, figured that freelancing was a risk worth taking to achieve a better work-life balance.
