NEW DELHI – India, the world’s largest importer of weapons, recently announced that it recorded a new high in defence exports.
The South Asian country exported arms worth 159 billion rupees (S$2.6 billion) in the 2022-23 financial year, up from 128 billion rupees the previous year.
