NEW DELHI - Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi arrived in India on Thursday (March 24) in what is widely seen here as an effort to reach out to New Delhi amid the Ukraine crisis and the uncertainty caused by rising tensions between Russia and the West.

Mr Wang is supposed to hold talks with his Indian counterpart and other top officials on Friday.
