A recent spate of technical snags involving Indian airlines has raised concerns around flight safety in the world's third-largest domestic aviation market, which has been on the rebound after suffering a body blow from the pandemic.
In its latest crackdown on Wednesday, India's civil aviation regulator, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), halved the summer schedule for SpiceJet's approved flights.
