KUALA LUMPUR - Malaysia's Cabinet will be huddled in Putrajaya on Saturday (Sept 14) for a special meeting to approve an ambitious 10-year wealth redistribution plan amid grumbles primarily from the Malay majority over living costs.

But in the economic capital of Kuala Lumpur, tens of thousands are expected to witness the nation's two biggest Malay Muslim parties put pen to paper on a charter outlining their political cooperation.
