JAKARTA - The grandson of Indonesia's richest woman was meant to be detained in a hospital for drug abusers, awaiting trial after police allegedly caught him sniffing cocaine in a shopping mall toilet.

So when photos went viral of 31-year-old Richard Muljadi getting married to a former model and actress at a grand church, it raised questions as to why he was allowed out.
