KUALA LUMPUR - The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has summoned the wife of former premier Najib Razak to its headquarters on Tuesday to be questioned on an ongoing investigation into the transfer of funds, Malaysiakini news site reported on Friday (June 1).

Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor is to be questioned at 11am by the anti-graft body at its headquarters in Putrajaya to facilitate investigations into an issue regarding SRC International, a company that was a unit of scandal-hit state fund 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB), according to the notice seen by the news site.

Datuk Seri Najib was last week grilled by the MACC twice over the SRC International case.

He was alleged to have received RM42 million (S$14.2 million) in his personal accounts that allegedly originated from SRC.
