KUALA LUMPUR - On paper, no one has the majority.

The three parties still in Pakatan Harapan (PH) have instructed their 92 MPs to back Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) president Anwar Ibrahim as the country's next prime minister, ostensibly to fulfil an agreement by the coalition for him to take over from Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
