Johor Sultan sets aside protocol and meets members of the public

PETALING JAYA (THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar eschewed protocol when he met members of the public outside Istana Bukit Serene on Saturday (Oct 21).

"Sultan Ibrahim spent some time meeting with the people while inspecting the cleanliness of the palace grounds.

"At the same time, the public did not waste the opportunity and took pictures with Sultan Ibrahim outside the palace," the Royal Press Office said in a statement which was shared on the Johor Ruler's Facebook page.
