JAKARTA - An Indonesian court on Thursday sentenced a man – who had disseminated a video of his former girlfriend being raped by him – to a maximum sentence of six years in jail and a fine of one billion rupiah (S$88,700) for intentionally distributing indecent electronic content.
Alwi Husen Maolana, 22, was also barred from using or carrying out online activities for eight years.
