JAKARTA - A long-running battle between villagers and developers of a geothermal plant in Java has exposed the trouble some investors face when building green energy projects in Indonesia.
For 10 years, the project owners have not been able to start work on the 110MW project in Padarincang, Banten province, two hours' drive from Jakarta.
