KUALA LUMPUR - Speculation of a Cabinet reshuffle just over a year after the 28-member line-up was completed refuses to go away - despite Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad deflecting questions over a group photo taken after a meeting last Friday (July 19).

The peculiar photocall came a day before his Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) agreed to amend its Constitution so party polls can be postponed by up to 18 months.
