KUALA LUMPUR - Wan Kuok Koi, a notorious organised crime leader, is believed to be hiding out in Malaysia and continuing his activities from there.
The 65-year-old Chinese gangster - better known as Broken Tooth - has been on the Malaysian police's wanted list since Oct 16 last year, suspected of gangsterism and fraud to the tune of RM6 million (S$2 million).
