BANGKOK - Once an avid meat lover, Mr Dan Pathomvanich now has a diet that is almost entirely plant-based.
"You're talking to a previous carnivore. I used to hunt for the best hamburgers and char siew (Chinese barbecued pork) out there," said the chief executive of NR Instant Produce, which began focusing on plant-based products in 2017.
