SEOUL - Vaccine partnership and restarting diplomacy with North Korea - these will be the two most pressing issues for South Korean President Moon Jae-in when he arrives in Washington this week for his first summit with his United States counterpart, Mr Joe Biden.

The two leaders are scheduled to meet at the White House on Friday (May 21).
