BEIJING - The Singapore Consulate-General in Shanghai has been dealing with many requests for help from Singaporeans and will prioritise those needing "emergency assistance".
"Due to the volume of requests, we will prioritise Singaporeans who need emergency assistance, in particular, families with children, elderly or people with serious medical conditions," a spokesman for the consulate said on Friday (April 15) in response to queries from The Straits Times.
