HONG KONG - A bounty website, said to have the backing of a former Hong Kong leader, is offering up to HK$1 million (S$180,000) for information about radical protesters.
Since mass pro-democracy protests began in early June, the city has seen many rallies starting out peacefully but descending into violent clashes between protesters and police.
