HONG KONG – In Hong Kong’s version of the ethical dilemma dubbed the “trolley problem”, it would seem Chief Executive John Lee has made his choice – to save the economy over helping sandwich-class locals own their first homes.
Ahead of his annual policy address on Wednesday, Mr Lee had promised that the plans he unveiled would offer something for everyone.
