TOKYO - A luxury cruise liner quarantined off Yokohama has the biggest cluster of coronavirus cases outside China, with nearly 5 per cent of its passengers and crew infected.

There were 174 cases on the Diamond Princess as of Wednesday (Feb 12), out of 3,711 people listed on the ship manifest.
