BEIJING (CHINA DAILY/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - Two Chongqing university students have used fallen ginkgo leaves to help preserve precious memories of their campus days.
The architecture department students drew pictures of their school on the golden leaves.
The drawings include many landmark images of the school, like the gate, the main teaching building, the clock tower and the black swans.
When asked how they came up with the idea, Zhu Huanhuan said: "It's my last year in Chongqing. During the past five years, I have experienced the golden ginkgo seasons many times. It's so unforgettable. So I want to use my own hand-drawing to keep the precious memory of my university in mind."
Their pictures won high praise on Chinese social media. One online comment read: "The idea is amazing and the pictures are so vivid!"
