BEIJING (REUTERS) - China's Foreign Ministry said on Friday (May 18) it was not true that the country had offered to cut its trade surplus with the United States by US$200 billion (S$268.31 billion).

Ministry spokesman Lu Kang made the comment at a daily news briefing, adding that trade talks with the United States were constructive and continue.
