SEOUL - China's willingness to mend ties with South Korea is a strategic move amid intensifying rivalry with the United States, say experts.
They added that only a visit by Chinese President Xi Jinping will fully resolve a dispute that has torpedoed bilateral relations as well as trade and tourism.
