An estimated 300 million people in China have reported problems sleeping.

BEIJING - Thinking about her seemingly endless to-do list used to keep primary school teacher Jiang Yunjing, 32, up for at least three hours every night.
"I would lay in bed and stress about my chores, preparing for classes and my son's childcare needs," said Ms Jiang, adding that she would sleep for about three hours on average each day, before waking up listless and irritable.
