BEIJING(Reuters) - The former general manager of China's state-owned Sinochem Group Cai Xiyou will be prosecuted after an investigation found he was suspected of having taken bribes, the country's anti-graft panel said on Thursday (July 6).
Before moving to Sinochem, Cai was senior vice president of Sinopec Corp .
