SEOUL - Call it the "curse" of the South Korean presidency. From jail to suicide, assassination, impeachment and exile, none of the previous South Korean presidents other than Nobel Peace Prize-winning Kim Dae-jung escaped a sorry end.
Would it be any different for outgoing President Moon Jae-in, considering that his successor Yoon Suk-yeol hails from the rival party and is likely to engage in "revenge politics"?
