SEOUL - Arriving in South Korea as an English teacher 15 years ago, American Philip Abowd fell in love with the country and started exploring other opportunities.
“I got into the food industry with a taco truck first, then a catering business, cocktail catering, and eventually moved into a bar,” he told The Sunday Times.
