A group of Singaporean students touched down in Australia yesterday, marking the first return of international students to the country since it shut its borders to the rest of the world last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
More international students are set to return next month, flying into Sydney on a charter flight on Dec 6 as part of a trial aimed at reviving Australia's lucrative international education sector.
