CAROLINA (REUTERS) - Protesters continue to be thrown out of rallies for Mr Donald Trump, with the Republican presidential hopeful interrupted almost a half dozen times as he shouted "get out of here" at a campaign rally in Concord, North Carolina.
"See, how he puts out his hand with the wrong finger, and we are supposed to take it, now he's allowed to do that but we are not allowed to do what we want to do," Mr Trump said,
He told another protester to "go home to Mommy".
He said he likes demonstrators because that's the only way people can see how large the crowds are that attend his events.
