Israeli tanks from the armoured corps during training in the centre of the Golan Heights, near the border with Syria, on Wednesday.

Two projectiles fired from the Syrian side of the border hit an open area in the northern Israeli part of Golan Heights, as a result of fighting between the rebels and the Syrian army loyal to President Bashar al-Assad.

According to an Israeli army spokesman, there were no reported injuries or damage.
