TEHERAN (AFP) - Iran and the United States have agreed on 90 per cent of the technical questions in bilateral talks on Teheran's nuclear programme, an Iranian official at the Lausanne negotiations said Tuesday.

"We have agreed on 90 per cent of the technical issues" in the negotiations with US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, the head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organisation Ali Akbar Salehi said, quoted by state television's website.
