Four suspects arrested for robbing and attacking a man at Yung An Road

SINGAPORE - Four male suspects, aged between 15 and 22, have been arrested by the Police for their suspected involvement in robbing and assaulting a man at Yung An Road on July 31.

The victim, 37, reported the next day (Aug 1) that he was assaulted and robbed of his mobile phone and ring by four men.

The officers from Jurong Division arrested the suspects on Wednesday (Aug 10).

The 15-year-old suspect will be charged in Court on Thursday (Aug 11) while the remaining three suspects will be charged on Friday (Aug 12) with the offence of robbery with hurt,which carries a punishment of five to 20 years of jail and at least 12 strokes of the cane.
