In an argument that lasted no more than 15 minutes, security operations controller Stephen Muthu Thavidy was spat on three times by a deliveryman who had insisted on going up to a condominium unit.

"The resident was not at home, and the condo bylaws say we can't allow strangers in unless the resident grants them access," said Mr Thavidy.
