President Tony Tan Keng Yam and his wife Mary are joined by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Mrs Lee, Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong and Mrs Goh at a birthday cake-cutting ceremony at the National Day Reception yesterday evening at the Flower Dome in Gardens by the Bay. Guests at the reception included representatives from the Government and businesses, community and grassroots leaders, sportsmen, as well as social entrepreneurs and volunteers.
