SINGAPORE - Certificates of entitlement (COE) premiums ended mostly lower in the latest tender on Wednesday.
COE for cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp ended at $57,199, down from $62,002.
COE for cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp fell to $66,751, from $70,890 previously.
Open COE, which can be used for any vehicle type but ends up mainly for bigger cars, also decreased. It closed at $67,901, down from $71,921.
Commercial vehicle COE rose from $52,101 to close at $53,202, while motorcycle premiums ended at $5,800, up from $5,504.
