In 1996, both of us came from Malaysia on scholarships to study at a junior college in Singapore. He had a girlfriend then. In university, we studied the same course and I was by his side nursing his broken heart when he split from his girlfriend. We had eight years of courtship and six years of blissful marriage life. He is my everything.
